Here’s my story, short and sweet —

Born and raised in New York, I started my career as a user experience designer. Over time, I discovered my passion for leadership and transitioned into people management, where I’ve found immense fulfillment in empowering others to thrive.

As someone with an approachable and outgoing personality, I strive to cultivate a positive, collaborative team culture where creativity and innovation can flourish. I’m not about dictating how things should be done—I focus on helping my team identify the right problems to solve and guiding them toward impactful solutions.

My leadership philosophy centers on building a strong, empowered leadership team. By setting a clear vision and establishing alignment, I ensure that ideas and strategies cascade effectively, empowering my team at every level to take ownership of their work.

I love working in person because it reminds us all of our shared humanity and creates a stronger, more connected work environment. While half of my team is remote, I work hard to promote inclusivity and ensure everyone feels supported and engaged, regardless of location.

I also encourage my team to think holistically and explore new ideas, moving beyond templates and toolkits to innovate in ways that resonate with users and business goals.
